Lori Schweigert - Owner
Lori Schweigert is a native of Billings, Montana. Lori started working in the Human Resource field 15 years ago. Before that, she worked in the insurance industry as an underwriter and also as an independent agent. Lori recieved her education at all Billings Schools, including West High, and then Eastern Montana College. Lori has been married for 21 years to John, a Billings Police Officer. She is a mother to Samantha, a senior at Montana State University, Jeannie, a freshman at Montana State University, and Robbie a freshman at Billings West High School. Loving what she does for a living is the best thing possible. It is a joy to come to work every day and work with her awesome staff, and the wonderful employees she interacts with everyday. It is so rewarding to Lori to see the success of her employees on a daily basis. Making a difference in someone's life...what is better than that!

I have been with Advanced Employment since 2000. My sister, Lori owns the company. I have worked doing payroll, and all the support work to keep our employees paid on time. It's a great job, especially when I get to pay people! Who wouldn't love a payroll clerk? My sister and I have a unique relationship, and a lot of our employees have no idea we are sisters, this is also fun to say.

In July of 2008 I moved to Billings, Montana. When I got to Montana, the job that I had lined up did not pan out. I was told by my aunt that I should go and register with Advanced Employment. I went in and applied for a job. The next day I was sent on a job interview. The company that I interviewed with decided on another candidate. About two days later, I got a call to come and interview to work at Advanced Employment. The rest is history...
