- Temp-To-Perm - gives you the opportunity to try-out an employee. Our employee works at your company for an eight-week trial period. If you would like to hire this employee during the eight-week trial period you pay a small finder’s fee and they are yours or complete the trial period and they go directly onto your payroll with no further obligation. This is a great way to determine if the candidate you have chosen will indeed compliment your business. There is no pressure to hire an employee on a permanent basis. If you feel it is better for your business to retain the temporary employee indefinitely that is your choice and they may remain on your payroll.
- Direct Hire – employees are matched to suit your business needs, we fax you the resumes, you choose who to interview, then choose which employee best fits your company. You pay a small finder’s fee and they go directly onto your payroll.
- Payrolling – a great idea for companies that already have employees, but would like to forego the payroll process. We have your employees sign up with Advanced Employment, but they continue to work for you. When it is time to pay the employees we handle al taxes, insurance, garnishment, and paychecks.
There are many advantages to choosing Advanced Employment. We pay for worker’s compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, unemployment insurance, FICA, and we do all the reporting. We carry fidelity and surety bonds on all of our employees and general liability policies also apply. Use of this service is a TOTAL tax write off for your company, as it is a contract for services.
